Roy has a solid track record of business success. He was a senior executive for a national food retailer and distributer involved in strategic planning identifying a 3 year 20% return on investment providing the leadership for a strategic merchandising and warehousing business transformation program. He also reported to the CEO of an overseas operation in Saudi Arabia where he reduced inventories by 30%, reduced maintenance costs by 20% and increased plant uptime by 30 hours per month. He has reported directly to the CEOs for Value Added Resellers and Computer Based Training companies. In his practice, Roy has provided strategic, tactical and operational level planning, defining the end game, the steps to achieve the end game and the operational activities required to meet each tactical objective. He has provided direction, planning and Business Development services for a number of start ups and has effectively turned around a number of mid sized organizations that found themselves facing closure.
Roy has been a guest lecturer for the MBA program at the University of New Brunswick as well as a member of the Project Management Institute and has conducted numerous lectures on Project Management.
