We collect personal information directly from you when you use our Site, including when you provide us with personal information through a form on our Site (e.g., to take part in our webinars or other upcoming events or to receive our newsletters), or submit information through our Investor Relations portal or the Newsroom. We also collect personal information directly from you when you register your company in the Suppliers Registration section of our Site or provide us with information to apply for a contribution from Fluor through the “Applying for a Fluor Grant” page. We may also collect personal information from you if you report an incident through our Ethics and Compliance portal.

We collect the following categories of personal information about you directly from you:

  • Identifiers: Such as your name, address, email address, phone number, account credentials or similar identifiers; and

  • Professional or Employment-related information: Such as employer, job title, experience or expertise, professional contact information.

Information We Collect Automatically. We and our third-party cookie providers automatically collect personal information when you use our Site using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Please review our Cookie Policy for additional information regarding our use of cookies.

We collect the following categories of personal information about you automatically through your use of our Site:

  • Identifiers: Such as your IP address;

How We Use Your Information and The Basis on Which We Use It

Your personal information will be held for only so long as it is needed for Fluor’s business purposes as described above, and in accordance with applicable corporate document retention schedules.
